All of our patients will need to get assessed by one of our physiotherapists in order to determine the source of your problem. Your physiotherapist will ask you series of questions, go through your past medical records and take you through a series a movement based clinical tests in order to determine a probable diagnosis.

SUBSEQUENT PHYSIOTHERAPY SESSION- 30 mins
These sessions are a part of the treatment plan your physiotherapist makes for you after the initial assessment. Sessions are about 30 mins long. Your physiotherapist may chose to do manual therapy, soft tissue release techniques, dry needling, LASER, shockwave or take you to the gym and show you exercises to help you with your pain and get you moving better.

PELVIC PHYSIOTHERAPY
PELVIC INITIAL ASSESSMENT
A physiotherapist with specialized training in pelvic floor dysfunction will assess problems with pelvic floor muscle tension, strength, and coordination. A pelvic physiotherapist will educate you to optimize the mobility, flexibility, strength, and coordination of the pelvic floor muscles as well as identify and address any lifestyle factors or habits that may be significantly contributing to the development of the pelvic floor dysfunction.
