Full Job Description: Registered Massage Therapist

We are currently looking for a passionate, professional, and experienced Registered Massage Therapist to join our amazing team here at Theramax.

​

This is an exciting opportunity to grow professionally by joining our multidisciplinary Physiotherapy Clinic.

​

Competitive pay is offered with room for negotiation based on the performance.

Candidate should be registered with respective regulatory college and should be in good standing.

​

We are looking for individuals with good communication skills and a positive demeanor. Applicants are expected to be pro-active with our client base and part take in clinic outreach programs.

​

Our location shares the same office space with doctors' offices and a pharmacy, which is helpful in building our client base.

​

Our clinic currently offers physiotherapy, pelvis physiotherapy, chiropractic care, chiropody, and now we are looking for a massage therapist to join our friendly team-based environment.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform professional massages.

• Knowledge of western and eastern modalities

• Extraordinary customer service and team player

• Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times

• Maintain a clean and professional therapy room

• Ability to dress and redress therapy tables between sessions

• Consult with new and existing clients and offer therapy recommendations, tailored specifically for improving quality of life and overall experience

• Educate about continued treatment, new client memberships, service add-ons

• Be familiar with our services, pricing, and current special promotions

• Become familiar with our proper procedures

• Possess leadership abilities with strength and compassion.

• Have exceptional communication skills. Must be able to understand and work with the whole team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent skills in standard massage modalities

• Have obtained necessary massage licensing

• The desire to work in a team-driven environment
